I understand that you are disappointed with the buyer's feedback for the Order ID: 112-9995333-8658638 but unfortunately, the feedback did not meet the criteria for removal since the buyer never got the item.
I have checked the buyer's feedback and shipping is still in transit. If it was the product review, I would have removed the feedback. In this case, I would request you to please contact to buyer and try to provide him alternative solution like replacement or refund and request them to remove the feedback or else I suggest you to obtain buyer's consent for feedback removal so that I can remove the feedback on the buyer's behalf.
I apologize for not being able to delete the feedback. There are some policies that need to be followed diligently.
