After checking, understand that due to the flood and the electricity was down during guest booked period hence, guest requested to cancel the booking and wish to have the compensation for the cost of new accomondation. Our customer service team sent email to you regards to guest request and ask you to coordinate to find alternative hotel to guest but there was no reply from your side and guest also have booked the new villa by themselve, please see below screenshot.
Therefore, our customer service team proceed the compenset per guest requested on behalf of The Kiri Villas Resort to assure the guest satisfaction and invoice has been issued to your villa to be paid as per Booking.com policy as agreed in the contract.
Should you dispute this invoice, please reply with valid reason and supporting document (if any) so that I can raise this issue to the management ka.
