Based on the conceptualization of QWL and empirical findings
discussed, we would expect a positive relationship between both
categories of QWL and different job-related outcomes of HR managers
in Thailand. Therefore, the following hypotheses were formulated:
Hypothesis 2a Lower-order QWL is positively related to job
satisfaction.
Hypothesis 2b Lower-order QWL is positively related to organizational
commitment.
Hypothesis 2c Lower-order QWL is positively related to team spirit.
Hypothesis 3a Higher-order QWL is positively related to job
satisfaction.
Hypothesis 3b Higher-order QWL is positively related to organizational
commitment.
Hypothesis 3c Higher-order QWL is positively related to team spirit.
