Dear Mr Prida,
First of all, thank you for your help during our difficult
discussions with Mr TO Maneechoti, trying to resolve what we believe was a misunderstanding.
We would like of course,to reach an agreement with Mand S holdings, and welcome their participation in Turbowinds, where we have a real important opportunity of future development, particularly in the ASEAN area.
We believe that a first step would be to solve the uncertainty of the banks...They do not know M and S very well, they never met Mr Maneechoti who had announced his visit before, but was held by a very busy schedule.Ideally,M and S,which is an important group, should open its own account with a Belgian bank, and work with Turbowinds from there immediately after.
A first approach which we suggest, would be a visit to our research center in Hasselt, where we presently assemble turbines for the UK.
Then a fist order of machines could be discussed(we have already sent you a quotation),with components ,like towers, being built in Thailand.Your engineers could participate in the assembly and at the same time,Mand S could discuss a participation in the company.
We could discuss the contents of the letter of intent during the visit of Mr.Maneechoti, with our lawyers and our board, who do not understand its contents.
These are suggestions, and we thank you for sending them to Mr Maneechoti and his committtee ,and transfer our very best wishes for the end of 2014 and the new year to them.
With our very best regards

We also know a belgian company, making photovoltaic panels, which could be interested in a joint venture with you.
