We apologize for the unusual delay in receiving your order. We’ve been looking into the inquiry and our records show your order left the warehouse.
However, at this moment we are unable to determine the current status the order was shipped is an international airmail package.
With international delivery, it is not uncommon for packages to be delayed due to one of three issues:
1. International Shipping
2. Local Customs Regulations
3. Local Delivery Provider
