Firstly, pls allow me to introduce myself My name Try Chakrya (Mandy), Marketing Executive of China Shipping Cambodia since June 2014.
This morning I was very surprised that I was informed by CSCL Cambodia Managing Director, Mr. Jimmy Ding (Ding Zhe) that I am fired by China Shipping Cambodia and under Holding’s management instruction with no reason but this is a management decision only, therefore, I would like to make it more clearer and I hope you could explain me, what I have done wrong with this current position? Because I have tried so hard since I came here at the first day. Today the new management (Mr. Jimmy Ding) told me to transfer all my works and responsibilities to another marketing executive within this morning and no need to come to work on next Monday. This make me feel so upset that I am abandoned by CSCL Cambodia.
I would like to inform you that I’m a marketing executive under promoting by our old management, Mr. Partick Liu, MD in Cambodia in 2014. All my work performance has been recognized by the company management so far.
Last week, he pointed me to come to his room to meet with three parties there are Mr. Jimmy Ding, Mr. Chen Jie, COSCO staff and I. The topic for the meeting is let me disclose all client list, Clients contact No and Sailing rate/Bottom Rate to Cosco, specially our FOB import shipment Customer list.
FYI, currently we have lost a lot of FOB import shipment and CIF shipment EU that we have tried so hard to protect and fight in the market for a long time ago. As per Cosco staff advised, Mr. Jimmy Ding have disclosed all our special rate that we apply and approved from CSCL HQ to them, this is the main reason that we lost a lot of export rice shipment to EU this few week and couldn’t reduce all over due equipments that long stay in our area.
Pls kindly advised, this is the company policy that instruct by holding to disclosed our information to Cosco before merge? I don’t understand why management of CSCL Cambodia doing such work and made all staff lose all confident and no passion to work with CSCL Cambodia under his management. As I have met CSCL leader before he is strong and responsibility person, but for the current management it makes our Cambodia staffs feel very disappointed with all he done and working style. He just leading us to a way without any improvement and he only can make the situation go worse. I remember He just said something that made me feel desperation. He said “who pay you the salary” ? this just a kind of insulting sentence that means I’m working for him not for CSCL Cambodia. I feel so innocent when he just acting like this.
As per Mr. Jimmy Ding informed, I will have been fired from today on ward and this is under Holding management instruction with No reason, therefore, in order to avoid the provisions of Cambodia Labor Law pls kindly explain and give me a suitable reason and since he just immediately fire me without a period informed with many thanks.
I and all Cambodia staffs still hope CSCL Cambodia will improve a better management leader during this period.
