My perfect life partner

From my teenage I have always believed that I can get whatever I want if I thought about it when I was happy. Like every other person I truly wanted to be in love and be loved deeply by the person of my dreams. So every time I was in a happy state of mind I started thinking about the qualities that I wanted my life partner to possess. I paid attention to small things like him being a good cook and a smart dresser.
In the meanwhile a met a guy who I assumed had all the qualities that I wanted in my perfect partner. But unfortunately, I delayed in letting him know my feelings for him and after about 8 years, he married another girl. I was depressed for another 2 years, despite my friends consoling that it was probably just infatuation.
After this time I changed my attention to the other interest in my life, designing. As days went by I gradually got out of the depression and started loving my life. I graduated and started working as a designer and thoroughly enjoyed my work.
One day my dad introduced me to the son of his new friend and we hit it off instantly. We dated for a short while and finally got engaged. It was not until I got married that I realized that this was the perfect life partner that I had asked the Universe for. As I started living with him everyday, I was surprised and stunned that every little detail that I wished for had manifested in the form of my husband and he adores me like none other.
So even if you feel that the Universe has not granted your wish do not ever doubt the Law of Attraction. It always knows what is best for you. Trust it with all that you have and you will not be disappointed.
The steps I follow to manifest my wishes are:
Ask with a clear and happy mind.
Believe that it has manifested in the present. (You can either talk about it to your friends and family or just talk to yourself in your mind.)
Be always thankful for everything in your life. Remember that, "Whatever happens, happens for a reason".
Thank you all for reading my story and I truly hope that it will help somebody who really needs it. I would also like to thank Ms. Rhonda Byrne, the teachers of The Secret, especially Bob Proctor and Joe Vitale and the entire Secret team for their invaluable contribution to the World.
