As part of the selection process, besides interviewing and presenting assessment reports for the client’s consideration, we will also conduct extensive background checks (where permitted by the local laws) on the successful candidate. This step is to verify the incumbent’s qualification and career accomplishments to ensure the client gets its value’s worth. As a follow-up we will continue to interact with the client and the successful candidate until the latter is fully assimilated into the company’s culture.
