Global Warming "Pause" Linked to Natural Fluctuation
Researchers say the slowdown in the rise of average global temperatures seen between 1998 and 2013 is completely normal.
Global warming itself is nothing more than the result of natural fluctuations in climate.
The last 15 years of moderated warming is "a pattern that is in line with variations that occur historically every 20 to 50 years," says McGill Universtiy physics professor Shaun Lovejoy.
