For all orders a fixed freight fee is charged, irrespective of the number of items you purchase.

For orders above EUR 250, shipping charges are included. For orders below EUR 250, the following rates apply as of June 2013:

•Delivery to Greenland, Faroe Islands, Iceland: EUR 42
•Delivery to South America, Africa and Asia Pacific: EUR 48
•Delivery to the Russia region: EUR 40
•Delivery to all other countries: EUR 49

All prices are exclusive of VAT. The prices include a 10% oil fee. Should the mandatory oil fee be substantially changed, we preserve the right to change the freight rates to reflect this.

Free shipping may be offered in connection with campaigns.

For security reasons, no orders with a Post Office Box address/number will be processed.

All shipments are sent via UPS to a recipient outside the European Union. For exceptions, see below.

You can expect to receive your order within 4-7 business days when we have the item in stock. If the desired product is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to make arrangements.
