I always have irregular meal timing in the summer as i wake up late due to the in bear able heat. It was only two year ago that i realize the importance of having a regular meal timing I remembered i woke up at noon, feeling dizzy and discomfort in my stomach. I tried to approach my grand mother, who stay with me, to inform her of my body condition. However, on my way out of my bedroom, my visit become blurry and all of a sudden, everything in front of me blackout. It wasn't until my grandmother found me long unconscious on the floor, gave me emergency treatment that i regain my consciousness From then on, i learnt my lesson and embark on a regular eating habit
