Users who have upgraded to IE 11 (which is being done across the company) might experience issues with pulling a CIFR (Consolidated Individual File Report) or MIFR (Multiple Individual File Report). It shows as a blank screen and does not give you the option to download a copy when you click the triangle next to the report name. Please share with your team and business partners, as this will likely affect more than just TeamThink.
The Fix: Upgrading the flash player seems to resolve the problem. Navigate to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and click the yellow button that says “Install Now.” There are a few screens to click through, but after Flashplayer is upgraded, everything seems to function normally.
