Biography
Taíla veloso de Oliveira doctorated in Science and Food Technology by FederalUniversity of Vic¸ osa. Currently is doing her investigation in ‘International IberianNanotechnology Laboratory’ by Paulo Freitas as exterior adviser and Nilda de FátimaFerreira Soares as Brazilian adviser by Capes PDSE program. Did master in UniversityFederal of Vic¸ osa (2013) at the same area and graduated in Food Engineering at thesame University (2011). Has experience in food technology at food packaging andfood analyze area, aiming flavored and antimicrobial active packaging, intelligentpackaging, polydiacetylene sensor applied in food, polydiacetylene sensor for detectpathogenic bacteria and aflatoxin analyze. Worked at University Federal of OuroPreto as substitute professor, where taught the follow diciplines: Food Technology,Sensorial analyze, Food Chemistry and Raw materials Agribusiness
