I think there are many reason to cause students dropping out of school. It might be the student's problem, or probably the teacher's problem. I admire that Ramsey can think about things in our way. Because some of the teacher just think about themselves, they don't care what students think. If there's something wrong with the student, they would not listen to the student but punish them. So I think Ramsey finds out the root of the problem and tries to solve it. The other thing I agree about the speech is when Ramsey Musallam talks about curiosity. "Curiosity is the greatest tool as teachers." As a student, I definitely agree what he said. For example, if a teacher let me feel curious, excited about his lesson, I probably want to learn more about it. Cause he provokes the desire that wants to learn in my heart. After watching this speech, it really sparks me about learning.
