Hi: It was our mistake that we did not have proper power of attorney in-hand when we did the previous shipment. But we cannot make this mistake again. Power of attorney is needed in order to proceed with the export clearance formalities. We must have power of attorney from either the shipper or the consignee, and the shipper refuses to give us power of attorney. Yes, EVOQUA will release the shipment to us however until we have power of attorney we will not pick up the goods.
