achieve the organizational objectives. Human resources policies represent an extremely important and
always up-to-date key element for ensuring the competitiveness and the success of any enterprise /
organization. The lack of personnel policies with clear, concrete objectives with a real and legal basis
or promoting of a “false”, inappropriate policy and without coverage results can not be premises for
