Manage schedules and make appointments.
Facilitate staffs recruiting according to the requirement of operation team.
• Visit the customer yard with the operation team to analyze the problem and customer needs.
• Estimate the project procedure with the operation manager and assign job to project architect and project engineer requirement.
• Procure the third party certification process.
• Procure the replacement part as requires by the Owner and expediting the delivery process.
• Review and check PR order and issuing PO to vendors or concern parties about booth and adverti.
• Consolidate the project procedure with the operation team for job budget/costing estimating.
• Prepare all cost related to the project, monitor the cost/budget and report financial result periodically. Issue petty cash report in order to assist in prepares the budget.
