A VLC system for wireless underwater communication was proposed (Asada, 2012)
for robotic inspection of nuclear power plants. The reactor exist in an underground
environment as shown in Figure 2.4. A solution for maintaining the consistency line of
sight to maintain a communication link was discussed in the published paper by
(Asada, 2012).
