Individuals reporting to the Vice-President, Global Supply Chain Services must, prior to initiating the execution of an optimization project that relates to Asia, contact the relevant MJNAP personnel and seek alignment as to scope, timeline and resources even if the project is not paid or reimbursed from MJNAP's budget. Direct contact from Global personnel should not be made with individuals at the TPM Base Manufacturers, Export Facilities, or the other Asia manufacturing facilities prior to seeking alignment with MJNAP personnel.
b. Individuals employed by MJNAP who have a solid or dotted line reporting responsibility to the Global Supply Chain Services team should receive a performance assessment by the Vice-President Supply Chain, Asia & Europe or other appropriate MJNAP personnel at least annually. The evaluation may involve providing commentary on a formal evaluation prepared by a Global Supply Chain Services team member via email or other written evidence or a separate evaluation as a Matrix Manager.
