Exceptional
individual performance, special successes for the company with above-average additional commitment over a longer period, etc. can be recognised by an appropriate special bonus in individual cases.
Decisions on appropriate special bonuses and their amounts are taken at the employee level by Direct Reports to the EB or the GM together with the local HR manager; in the management sector by the responsible EB member together with the Head of Corporate HR.
