Chiang Rai province of Thailand is agricultural area and the majority of people carry out agricultural activities, especially like rice, corn, beans, longan, lychee, pineapple, rubber, tea etc. From information the crop statistic of Chiang Rai, the first products is rice 740,923 ton/year and the second is corn for animal 340,738 ton/year (Chiang Rai Province, 2014) and most disposal of agricultural waste in Chiang Rai is open burning (Provincial office of Natural Resources and Environment Chiangrai, 2011) caused by the burning of rice straw and corn cobs which causing environmental impact, economic damage and causing a negative impact on public health, such as the respiratory system (Provincial office of Natural Resources and Environment Chiangrai,2011). Moreover, destroy the visibility that might cause accidents, loss of life and property.
