DISCUSSION
The first aim of the study was to determine the
prevalence of foot pain during the past month in
pre-retirement aged personnel of Chulalongkorn
University. The result showed higher prevalence of foot pain (47.5%) than other studies [2, 3]. The
plausible explanation is due to the inclusion criteria
of our study which focused on the working
population with the shortened range of age 50-60.
The previous studies [4, 22] showed high
prevalence of foot pain among working population
if compared with the studies among general
population.
