A shin splint is a pain on the front of your lower leg, below the knee, and above the ankle. Most people incurred with a shin splint injury during exercise, training, and competition.
There are three causes of the shin splint such as exercise on the rough ground, poor flexibility in the calf muscle, and overuse of legs. Besides, there are the solution of shin splint injury also.
The first causes of shin splint are the exercise on the rough because when you exercise foot touches the rough ground often causes pain and inflammation at the shin splint. Reduce the weight of the foot in jogging and exercise, such as running slowly, walking. Avoid running and exercise on rough ground to reduce pain and inflammation of lower leg, such as looking for smooth ground and not too rough. Second, poor flexibility in the calf muscle occurs when you have the warm-up or stretching lower leg muscle are not good.
