I don’t think that Jib understood what we wanted.

She has drawn the stops / locks as attached to the frame of the ring – but they should be on the green coloured ‘ledge’ where the bars of the letters will sit.

Also, we asked her to lift the edge of the frame by 1mm so that it is slightly raised at an angle – this will help to make it easier to put the letters into the rings. After the letters are positioned in the ring, then we will use a tool to push down and close the frame over the letters.
