I first began eating paleo in 1998, and over the years have noticed that while certain problems disappeared, others have lingered. Now I understand why eating no-carb isn't better than low-carb, how glucose insufficiency works, the importance of supplementation, and why Kwasniewski, Cordain, et. al. may not have all the answers. The Jaminets doing a great job challenging and refining some of the orthodoxy. If I had to recommend just one book on the state of the art of human nutrition, I would start with this one. It's smart, well researched, and makes a lot of sense.
