of theenzymefunctioningwascarriedout.Forthemonitoring,asystemcontainingHRP,luminoland
Н2О2 wasemployed.Microwaveemissionmeasurementswerecarriedoutinthe3.4-4.2GHzfrequency
rangeusingtheactiveandpassivemodes(active-modeandpassive-modemeasurements).Intheactive
mode, excitationofthesolutioninthepulsedelectromagnetic field wasaccomplished.Inthepassive
mode, noexcitationwasinduced.Itappearsthatthepassive-modemeasurementstakeninthecourseof
the peroxidasereactionintheenzymesystemhaveshowna0.5 °С increase ofthemicrowavesignal.
Upontheactive-modemeasurements,takeninthesamereactionconditions,theforcedexcitationofthe
solution hasalsoledtotheincrease(by2 °С) ofthelevelofthemicrowavesignal – i.e. toits4-fold
enhancement comparedtothesignalobtainedinpassive-modemeasurements.
