But if I have to pick one character.

Elliot Eden
He was a student that returned to school after long period of absence. And next he knows he has a broken arm and days, if not weeks, has passed and he has no recollections of what happened. Either that, or he would he fully aware that some foreign presense was controlling his body the whole time. Or do angels need permission to borrow bodies, so he allowed it? I’m interested in his opinion to the whole thing. The potential, the plot bunnies!
So would be wrong that his character need love, because there is nothing to love. We only see Michael, and maybe one panel of Elliot. He could be a saint or a horrible, horrible monster for all we know. But would be nice to know what Elliot is like, and not just be “The Student who was possessed by Michael”. And the arc raised some points, that I feel doesn’t get much acknowledged, if at all. If we go with angels can possess humans against their will, not like anything has stated otherwise, then weren’t there a real possiblity that Dantalion could killed Elliot, for the sole crime of being possessed by Michael? And William is not commenting that at all? Not to mention Elliot was possessed specify to get to William, while might Adrian Swallow case would have happened regardless of William. Yo William, you can get students involved. Not your fault, but nice if you acknowledged it.
Not to mention that the whole angels-can-possess-humans hasn’t come up again. Both Metatron and Uriel seemed to use their own bodies.
In short, not so much the character than the potential as a character he has. I want to know more about this poor guy.
