In the analysis, the study used the change in terms of knowledge, skills, and attitudes by using
the different scores of before and after collectively called ‘KSA changes’. KSA changes
consisted of different aspects of ethical behaviour such as discipline, sacrifice, harmony,
morality, and gratitude. The study set individual characteristics such as gender, age, education,
years of work experience with the current firm, and years of work experience with other firms
as independent variables, and frequency of participation as a control variable. Reliability was
checked by the use of Alpha Cronbach.
