Responsible for taking care customers. the customer service will contact the customers and update the status of import shipments. report and solve daily problem for customers.
follow up the shipments with schenker overseas and inform the status of cargo
Do the report as assigned and/or requested by customers.
Control and minimize the cost of the shipments and oversea invoices to be charged correctly
Preparing and issuing the invoice /credit note to customers/overseas.
Backing up to handle the job on half of colleague who is on leave.
Coordinate /Support sales and visit customers occasionally.
Close jobs within 6 months from the date of opening unless there is any pending issue.
Other jobs as assigned by assistant ocean import manager.
