The main disadvantage and limitation of crisis plan within hotel rely on facts that crisis signals could be dynamic and complex and is not possible to plan and prepare for every situation. By supporting this, Racherla and Hu (2009), highlighted existence of gap between crisis plan and what is essentially happening, before and throughout crisis. In addition, Paraskevas et al (2013) have pointed out, another challenge, associated with the high number of employees who participate in the process of crisis signal detection plan that may affect smoothly and efficient coordination in information exchange.
