Incadea will look at the option to pull you guys in for a combination of support and on the job training. This doesn’t mean they will accept, but now I got also some key people supporting the approach.
Tomorrow morning will probably have another call on this.
Further I heard via Ten that you still had issues with access to training environment?
Are these specific users? If so, which user and what issue(s)?
Anything else wrong with the training environment?
I have notified Incadea to give me a proper contact for this to handle.
