The Indian sage Vasubandhu (4th-5th century CE) had written two main texts, which were then used in Consciousness-Only Buddhism in China:
The Twenty Stanzas of Consciousness-Only and The Thirty Stanzas of Consciousness-Only
In this work, Vasubandhu stated that throughout history nothing but consciousness has really existed. The main form of consciousness is “storehouse consciousness,” because this is where all phenomena (dharmas) are stored.
