JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Perform a wide range of administrative and organizational support duties
•Responsible for general HR duties
•Prepare employee attendance & overtime reports to Accounting Department
•Visas, Work Permits, and BOI for foreign employees
•Coordinate with Social Security Department regarding employee information
•Group Health & Life Insurance for employees
•Monthly report of current employee status to the management team
•File and keep current for all documentation regarding administration, check all office stationery and equipment
•Call and book online for overseas air tickets, hotels, and traveling related.
•Handle incoming telephone calls/greet and accommodate visitors at Reception
•Coordinate with government organizations such as Ministry of Commerce, Revenue Department, Ministry of Labor, etc.
•Ensure new employees have necessary office supplies, laptop, business cards, sim card, etc.
•Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Male or Female, Thai nationality.
•Fresh graduates are welcome!
•Some working experience is an advantage, but not a requirement! Most important for us is to find the right person!
•Good command of the English language both spoken and written
EDUCATION
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
•Exempt from Military.
