Nomads are becoming urbanized. Herder households, who were dependent on weather conditions and lost all their livestock in bad weather, which left them without money, have overcome culture shock with the same endurance that never diminished in extreme cold or sweltering heat, patience, and hard work. They built their gers at the outskirts of the ger district and started working as guards , receptionists, shop assistants, cleaners, nannies, constrcution workers, taxi drivers, which are low-paid jobs, but there is high demand for them, thus opening the door to adaptation in the town.
