It is study of government organization National Data Base and Registration Authority. This organization starts its work in 2000 and converts all manual registration data of Pakistan population into electronic database. The organization structure of Registration authority of Pakistan change due to electronic database and National Data base and Registration Authority start with new structure and professional employees. This organization develop HR department and introduce a new culture in government sector. This study is conduct in this department is to explore that due to structural break the employees satisfaction increase or not. In this study also check that participatory management in context of strategic planning and effective supervisory communication has positive relationship with job satisfaction. For this study data is collect through survey by National Data Base and Registration Authority in Pakistan.
