On the other hand, electrochemical method provides a simple, low
cost, accurate, and speed platform for the detection of biological compounds
of clinical interest. The varieties of carbon electrodes such as
glassy carbon, carbon paste, carbon films, screen-printed carbon and
carbon fiber have been used widely in analytical electrochemistry.
These electrodes have several advantages, including low cost, relatively
inert electrochemistry, wide potential window, and electrocatalytic activity
for a range of redox reactions. Carbon paste (CPE) is one of the
most popular carbon electrodes. This is composed of graphitic with a
high viscosity organic liquid as pasting liquid. CPE was introduced in
1958 by Ralph N. Adams [15]. The chemically modified carbon paste
electrodes have gained much attention in electrochemical field [16,17]
