Patients with fall injuries travel rapidly through the entire process: from ambulance to hospital to home. However, a rather serious problem is that the nurse-Process Manager (the Fiery Spirit) lacks sufficient authority because the line organization has final responsibility for patient care. Even her brief absence while working at another hospital temporarily suspended the process work.
