In our last week, we have challenge contribute and progress for development management, supervisors, and colleagues. Can see progress and highlight success as below.
1.Leadership Development
• Completed chemistry process for executive coaching and next meeting for briefing session.
• Kick-off LQ 2016 version 2.0 and assessor already assess 11/246.
• Communicated session “Career Transition Program”(PACT) with 213 leaders(Director 4, Manager 9, Sup 41, GL 41, TL 98) and progress submit to 150 IDPs.
• Launched first session Performance feedback and coaching program, for support career transition program with 95% Satisfaction
2.Technical Skills Development
• Complete 1st training launch for 32GL (Process planning + Production control) & 23TL (Job instruction & Quality Awareness) in “Readiness Leader for Production” with 94% Satisfaction & 70% Knowledge improvement for group TL.
• Completed 15 PAP – T Presentation day with fully support on Pre Presentation & Final Presentation. The accomplishment is 15 PAP – T (trainees) “Passed” Program.
• Completed 6-Sigma Training program Kick off, Communication & Course organization for support MEX team with 95% Satisfaction.
• New Product Skills (NPS) designed framework and Trainer Network Concept and got the agreement from Production Management the NPS model.
3.Jewellery Skill Development
• Qualified craftsman skill A13 total 103 colleagues and satisfaction 96%
• Prepared jewellery foundamental program (English format) 12 modules for new MD
4.Training Career & Development
• Running MBTI team development with VP and Director Production
• Concluded development program from requirement with procurement and finance team
