2.2.7. DPPH radical-scavenging spectrophotometric assay
The DPPH radical-scavenging activity of juices was determined
according to the method of (Yen & Chen, 1995).
The radical-scavenging activity of the samples (antioxidant
activity) was expressed as percent inhibition of DPPH radical as
