5.1 Breakdown of heating system
Problem one; when the heating of temperature control meter show output, but the temperature doesn’t rise.
Answer: a. whether the temperature probe is fully contact with the object to be measured or not.
b. whether the power breaker of heater is on or not and if there’s voltage on the wiring terminal of the heating plates;
c. a. whether the solid-state relay is broken or not.
Problem two: when the cooling of the temperature control meter shows output, but the temperature doesn’t drop.
Answer: a. whether there is DC voltage 24V on electromagnetic valves or not.
b. open electromagnetic valves and check if there’s rubbish inside.
c. whether there’s voltage at the two ends of heating plates or not and if they are heating continuously.
d. whether the solid-state relay is broken or not .
Problem three: there’s no display when temperature control meter is electrified.
Answer: a. check if the temperature measuring lines form a broken circuit.
b. whether the temperature probe is broken or not.
