Altogether, 2246.8 6.7 mg of total isoflavones g1 was quantified,
comprising 23.4% of b-glucosides, 3.6% of aglycones, and 73% of
malonylglucosides. However, acetylglucoside isoflavones and glycitein
were not detected by UPLC, as reported for most soybean
cultivars
