Human Resource Practices Promoting Ethical Work Climate
Hypotheses on various human resource practices and the overall perception on ethical climate are tested. The study found that the perception of ethical climate of employees with the awareness of patronage system in organization on personnel placement was not lower than those with the awareness of competence concerns in selection. This was the same with disciplinary action, employees with the awareness of unfair action did not have lower ethical climate perception than those with the awareness of fair action.
