Dear TPG Customer,
We are pleased to inform you that your NBN Broadband with Home Phone application has progressed further and the installation for your service has now been confirmed.
Your NBN Broadband with Home Phone is due to be installed within the next 2 working days from today. An additional 1-5 working days will be required if you are porting an existing phone number. In the mean time your incoming calls will continue to work via your current phone provider/service.
Since you already have NBN Co equipment installed in your premises, an onsite installation appointment will not be required. You will not be required to be home for the installation to complete.
To ensure you can use your NBN Broadband with Home Phone service as soon as the installation is complete, please ensure you have:
A telephone handset connected to UNI-V port 1 on your NBN Connection Box. If you are porting your current phone number, to ensure that you still receive calls while we port your number across, please don't disconnect your current phone handset and use a secondary handset to connect to your NBN Connection Box.
A NBN compatible router to UNI-D port 1 on your NBN Connection Box.
