B.redefining the standards of time and distance using Newton's (accurate) second law
If time were the least accurately measurable quantity of distance, force, and time (e.g. time is measured with an hourglass), then in the scalarized version of the second law, F=ma, the acceleration (a) would be the least accurate measurement. In the case we may use a=F/m to obtain a new standard for (a). Because the rulers yield accurate enough values of distance, this approach would lead to a new standard of time.
