The bottle has been placed in boiling water again this morning for a period of 10 minutes and the contaminate still remains. As per your request in your previous email we will conduct a full recall of all product we have supplied into the New Zealand market. Can you please provide me with the following asap.
1. Your complete postal address so I can post the problem bottle back for testing.
2. A professional image of the product suitable for a media release.
3. Please advise any information from the packer as soon as received in relation to unaffected product so we can begin re supplier.
Once we have received advise on what product is and isn’t suitable for sale we will generate a claim covering all costs associated with the recall.
