Positive thinking helps me cope with stress on the better. Everyone have a stress and me too. Stress can make your life is bad, make your bad in health. So when I have stress I will do something that make me feel better such as find someplace like a garden, the beach at night or someplace that don’t have many people and get rest my mine and relax. Or go to shopping, go to café to eat cake do everything that make me feel relax. After I feel better and relax I will analysis and thinking about stress, focusing on myself and talking to myself to find out the cause of stress. Then Find solutions and accept about it. Positive thinking is the thinking that good to help solve the problem. A acceptable according to reality occurred. The idea that everything is possible. Everything can change at any time. They must accept the adaptation. Plan and manage solutions according to what happens.
A positive attitude helps you cope more easily with the daily affairs of life. It brings optimism into your life, and makes it easier to avoid worries and negative thinking.
