The education system in England there is compulsory education starting from age 5 years to 16 years in the same way the education system in Thailand the basic education is not lower than 12 years is compulsory education starting since Primary 1 to secondary 6. The school year in England is divided into three terms begins from late September to early July in contrast Thai schools, Thailand there are two terms begins from mid-May to late Febuary. In England school have Pre-elementary School students aged 5-7 years, Primary School students aged 7-13 years and Secondary School students aged 13-18 years whereas Thai school have first three years of school students aged 3-5 years, Primary school students aged 6-11 years and Secondary School students aged 12-18 years. But both England and Thailand when they finish Primary 6 they will take the Common Entrance Examination to enter the Secondary School and in England at the age of 18 year they are must to exams to university entrance are similar in that in Thailand, when they finish secondary 6 they are must to exams to university entrance.
