As I wrote about a few weeks ago, seasoning is, to my mind, the most important cooking skill.
So I found it interesting that over the weekend I got this feedback from someone who had picked up a copy of my new eCookbook…
“I would just like to praise you on the product, I can see you’ve put a lot of effort into it :)
I tried the tomato bean soup first and it did indeed deliver!
But when the step saying “Taste, season” came up, I remembered that you spoke about a seasoning tutorial once. If I remember correctly, this is included in the virtual cookery school.
I just had a thought that maybe seasoning is so fundamental and applicable to practically any food that maybe there’s some ground there for a standalone product. I certainly can’t find an in depth guide anywhere…”
