• Manage in-house computer software systems and network connections to ensure high levels of availability, security of the supported business applications and the efficient operation of the company’s network, servers, databases, and equipment.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of processes, policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the ICT staff and external support companies responsible for service desk, incident and problem management.
• Work closely with the ICT Manager and decision makers in other departments in order to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of Eastlands Homes.
