To support FAB (Fulfillment – Assurance – Billing) TAM
provides 4 functionalities, Customer Information Management,
Transactional Document Production, Customer & Network
Care, and Customer Insight Management. All four of them rely
to the information provided by the Customer Information
Management. In the first functionality, Customer Information
Management, there should be information structure that
describes the customer relationship. The relationship can be
any type of 1-to-1 structure with its unique attribute that
explain the relationship. The direction of the relationship
should also be maintained in the Customer Information
Management since it describe which other customer can have
the impact for further mining. The last information that should
be maintained in the Customer Information Management based
on the information retrieved from the web is the attribute that
explain whether a specific customer is following another
customer or not.
